History

Samkhat Ltd, formely known as AUL Management Services Ltd. (Reg No 03807653). 

Following the Application of the AUL Group for authorisation by the PRA/FCA, the group decided to move AUL Management services out of the AUL group and change the name to Samkhat Ltd. 

Samkhat Ltd remains 100% owned by the original Founders.
